I didn't get SERO because I was told by a Sprint SERO phone rep. that my area wasn't eligible for SERO.

I got my mogule on ebay. It seems that sprint depot and telecom zone are the same place. Joon is tha man to talk to. He has to set you up with a minimal plan I think it's $35 a month and you get the phone for $100. After you get the first bill (which shows all the credits etc..) you can do an esn swap if you so desire or change your plan around. Only exceptions are that you have to keep the phone number he gives you active for at least 6 months and you can't be on sero or join sero for 6 months. Phone comes ups brand new in the box from sprints warehouse. No troubles, only thing I added to the whole thing was the tep just to be on the safe side.
