Noob?? How to update ROM
 

Sorry i am a Noob and just got a vx6800 and i want to know how i can up date my rom to get the gps feature and also how to back up all my info sorry about all the newbee questions but i cant find this info on here.

step by steps are most disired. thanks in advanced.

From one noob to another, go to HTC's site and find downloads. Look for the upgrade to WM 6.1. You should get the GPS feature through that upgrade. If you already have WM 6.1, then you will need to keep digging. Also, Resco Backup and Spb backup are two good packages among others for backing up on your MSDC. You can also backup with activeSync on your PC.

:scratch: Hmm... HTC is the maker of the titan phone. Google the web address. Maybe you should read for a few days before you update your phone since you are asking very basic questions.
