Titan Slow...reformat?

My Titan is going SO SLOW! I don't have any 3rd party programs installed because I deleted them because it has been going so slow. So I want to ask you, how do you reformat the Titan to day one?

LOL...........Doing a hard reset is the same as formating is what he is saying. You need to do this with the same frequency that you do your computer, which is supposed to be 2x a year.
