Alltel mogul wont play through external speakers
 

A friend of mine has an Alltel mogul that he warrantied and it wouldnt play his music or charge while on activesync so he sent it back in and got it warrantied again and the 2nd one now is the same way.
Is there a setting were missing or what?

i would check it on a different pc with usb 2.0

Its not just on the PC it wont even play through headphones or a car sterio.
his first one did but the 2nd and 3rd ones wont. I'v looked everywhere for a setting but cant find one. both phones they sent him were refurbs. maybe he'll get lucky and they'll send him a touch pro.??
