went in today to have the mogel looked at and the tech took it all apart then put it back together. This solved the charging issue, but now the phone would not hang up. He said that he would get me a replacement. waiting to see what it is... On a side note anyone ever have a tech question the amount of phones that you have had repaired? He bluntly asked if i was scammin as I have had roughly 25 phone issues over 2 lines in the last 2 years. And I know that 6 of thoses were TP1's within a 6 week period...

That's completely rude of him. If they didn't give crap phones back to customers, then we wouldn't have to get them repaired so much. How would you even benefit from getting a broken phone repaired? Stupid tech.

But it does seem that you might be using the system if you had a TP1 and you now have a mogul. So I say it is a justified question.

hey everybody! im kinda new to the whole online forum thing..anywayz my question or dilema is I bought a so called new mogul from a guy who works from sprint..the phone crapped out.( I do have insurance) and sprint sent me a replacement for free...(that was damn decent of them...so I thought) but the replacement mogul was also defective...so they sent me another one...which iis also defective...and now they are givin me a run around about how all they can do is keep sendin me moguls.im afraid they will keep sendin me busted refurbs...but they said there is no other replacement allowed per regulations...what do I do...I paid 250 bucks for this thing!

1st off, welcome to the site. 2nd, it sounds like there is nothing else to be done unless you get a rep on a good day. but after all, you paid for a mogul and was glad that you got another, so sprint is trying to help. good luck soldier.

thanks...how did u know im a soldier?...but anywayz...I've read in other places that they can swap my phone for a different model...but I just want something that works...if they could fix my phone that would be great! cuz other than the few glitches I love do like the mogul...I can do a lot of things with it....are all these people on other forums just blowin smoke up peoples kiesters? any ideas if a rom upgrade will fix my issues? (ie...no keyboard backlight...multiple taps per letter..and frequent soft resets due to screen freeze?)..any advice would be greatly appreciated...thanks and happy holidays!

that depends on different things. how long you had that model, how long you've had service with sprint...things like that matter. or you could get a rep on a really good day!

I'm having an issue with my Mogul. The navigation button (not sure if this is the correct name) no longer works. Will Sprint replace it because of this or will they tell me that I'm SOL and to file an insurance claim?

if you have tep, they will fix or replace it. i'm just in awe that they still have moguls left lol!
