Also, I saw the notification queque from SKTool, what am I suppose to do with it? do I delete it?

Thank in Advance! :)

I haven't seen it blink orange after I dismiss all the notifications. You do not want to remove that notification. It is required to start the app back up when you wake it up.

works great ... i think

did the phone used to blink when someone was calling me (while it was ringing)? b/c it doesn't now ... (i would like it to)

otherwise it seems to do exactly what it's meant to! thanks mate

Didn't seem to work when I uninstalled and installed again, the only difference was that in my programs now there is a Regristry and Regristry (1), and since they dont show up in "remove programs" I can't remove at least one either =/, even if I removed Sktool.

I'm not sure why the notification is not installing on yours. Using the file manager of your choice, browse to the \Program Files\LED Killer directory and run install.mscr. It should give you the spinning beach ball and then do nothing else. Check your notification queue after doing this and see if it installed there.

*sigh* I uninstalled both led and sk, installed both again... same result.

Then I tried memaid, nope it didn't show up there either. The LED program shows up in the list of "Remove programs" though.

And about file explorer, I'm sorry but I'm, unfortunately, not a geek... so I'm not sure how to do that. Don't worry about it, I'll try to get used to the flashing light.

I would like to ask one more thing, though... How do I remove those three "Registry Entry" (since I installed it three times) from the programs list?

File Explorer is actually pretty easy, so you should give it a try. On your phone, Click Start->Programs->File Explorer. It should start you in the "My Documents" folder. Press the left soft key labled "Up" and it will then display "My Device" at the top left side of the window. Click the "Program Files" folder once and then click the "LED Killer" folder once. You should see a file labeled either "install" or "install.mscr". Click it once which should give you the spinning beachball for a second or two. You can now close File Explorer and check to see if its in your notification queue with memmaid.

To uninstall, go to Start->Settings->System Tab->Remove Programs

Thanks. Worked as you said so far.

My left green light is blicking non stop now. How do I get rid of that, or is it trying to tell me something.

stroths 07-19-2007 10:01 AM

The green service LED on the right is supposed to blink green unless certain events stop it (missed call, alert, battery charging, etc). LED Killer suppresses the green service LED from blinking.

I'm having the same problem as several others now. When I restart my phone, the green LED continues to flash. I've uninstalled and reinstalled bout 5 times, and still, it won't turn the light off on startup.
