Well, I read something about e-care helping people out who have a messed up 6700, and want to get a 6800...blah...blah...blah.

Anyway, I've done a search, and I can't find the Topic that actually had their E-Mail address along with instructions on what needs to be done/said.

Can anyone help me out?

maybe try the contact us when you sign in on your account and just tell them your problem. I think they should be able to help you.

I did that earlier... I have no idea which one to choose. Plus, I see nothing on there about any 'ECare.'

I think "ECare" is the contact us thing. Someone correct me if Im wrong. You just select whatever you have a problem or question about. So you should probably choose the one that says equipment and just tell them your problem.
