.Net 3.5 cab Install and Enlarged Start Menu

So I am running DCD 3.3.4 and I did a hard reset. I know I have to reinstall .Net 3.5 for Navizon because it might not be completly setup in the rom. When I did this enlarged start menu stopped working. What would cause this? I couldn't find the cause before the hard reset because installed enlargestartmenu after .Net 3.5. Before the hard reset enlargedstartmenu would work about every 2 soft resets.
