Nope. .wav only. Not a programmer so I dont know why, but its the program built into the phone for slider sounds that dictates .wav only.

well do you know of any FREE programs that will let me convert mp3's to wav? or any FREE wav creator programs?

I have mine set as a lightsaber from Star Wars, opening ignites the saber and closing it pulls it back in.

I am looking for a good sound clip of Wolverine extending and then retracting his claws, thats what I want to use, but am having no luck, does anyone have these?

I installed Slide Sound 1.07 cab into my Hermes

Followed instruction here to add files but not working :(

Also I noticed...my device seem to be different from your instruction:

SlideSound is found in HKLM\Software (instead of HKLM\Software\HTC\ as in our instructions)

Also, the setup shortcut for SlideSound is found in Start->Programs (instead of Start->Settings as in your instructions)
