HTC Home "Sound" profile
 

Hi: I did some searching and I discovered what I believe to be my problem. It seems HTC Home "Sound" profile is muting my ringer and general volume every time I have an upcoming appointment. I looked all through HTC Home Customizer (emunutz) for a way to disable this, but I can't find anything. Any ideas?

Can you change the setting to Normal? Sounds like it is set to Automatic.

Demonlord: I'm sure that's it, but I can't figure out where to make that change. Can you point me in the right direction? The only tool I can find to make changes to HTC Home is the HTC Home Customizer, and I can't find this setting in there.

Within the HHC program, select "tabs"along the bottom...make sure "profiles" is in the active window....save and exit. Then from the home screen you can select the profiles button and change it. Hope that helps.

It's the tab with the mobile phone icon.
