finally got the xv6800!
 
okay I finally got the 6800 and I'm trying to upgrade it to 6.1 but I keep getting an error "error [262]" I did the unlock already but I still get the error. Can someone help me out?

Did you unlock your phone with SPL-Olipro 2.40? Try this: Hold down "power" and "Camera" keys simultaneously and press reset, then you'd see red,green,blue and white screen. Connect usb to syn with your phone and try to flash any wm 6.1 custom rom. hoping that this can help you.

okay yeah I tried that and it worked. It flashed I mean. But now when it turns on it passes the Verizon screen showing the radio and everything and just freezes. Did I just brick my phone?

Everything must be dont in a precise sequential order and cannot be stopped. You have to unlock, upgrade the radio and then flash the ROM. You cant just unlock and do the radio or unlock and flash the ROM.

So now we have to ask the big Q.

When it does bootup, what radio and ROM versions does it say you are using?

it depends on why u r unlocking it. if it is just to get GPS them Just do the MR1 upgrade and the GPS enamble cab found on a google search. or if it to cook ur own rom then unlock via all the other stuff..

okay I may have not done it in that order. I unlocked, flashed, then radio. I'll try it your way now. thanks

Where Eaxctly Does It Say Hes Flashing A Custom Rom????

If Your FLASHING THE Stock 6.1 Rom, You Dont Have To Unlock Anything To Begin With

okay I followed the steps now it boots up fine. Now the problem is when I'm finally in, it soft resets. It doesn't stay on for long. What could that be now?

I unlocked with SPL-Olipro 2.40. I put the 3.42.50 radio and built my own rom and flashed it.

I give up. I put the stock 6.0 rom back in and now it's running fine. Where could I Get the 6.1 stock rom?
