Bad Rev A performance on titan

I have always thought my internet is just slower then all get out on my phone. I decided to run some test and here is what i have. I know this is about 1/4 of what alot of people are getting. Lincoln NE is supposed to be a Rev A area what speeds should i be getting?

Performance also depends on the bandwidth the cell tower has and how many people are trying to use that bandwidth. Your performance actually looks good to me, but then, I'm in the sticks myself.

That is about what I get at home, residential and weak EVDO signal. At work where I get a much stronger signal, I've gone as high as 1200 kbs.
