Problem with Sprint ROM

Hi: Last night I installed the stock Sprint ROM 3.56. Now I can't install the HTC 10 button comm manager that I had on the previous ROM, which I think was 3.51. When I try to install it I get this message: "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions"

Found the problem...Too much data on storage card, where I was installing app.
