Re: keyboard backlight
since im not so nice to my mogul.... could something have come undone in the internals? does anyone have a link to a good guide to disassembling the mogul? I googled but nothing useful came up... it might just be the way I searched. any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: keyboard backlight
had this very same problem a couple months ago and finally had to take it into a sprint store and something was lose insode of the phone. It was repaired while I waited and it has been working fine since the repair. The only drawback to this is any program installed has to be reinstalled. Does not backup automatically when you sync to your computer.

No chevy part of their repair process was and most of the time is to do a hard reset. Taking apart a phone and putting it back together has nothing to do with the software or the rom installed on the phone as long as you don't go de-soldering the chips from the phone and put different ones in their place u should not loose any info off your phone by taking it apart, as long as you don't miss place your storage card in the tear down madness  |
