I send (forward) my comcast mail to mail2web and use the free push system. Works Great :)

I don't know how comcast works but with brighthouse you actually have to be on their network to send mail using one of their accounts... I ran into that problem with my laptop... then again I haven't configured anything other then the outlook sync, maybe I should give it a try.

I have RoadRunner through Brighthouse and I can receive e-mails but not send them because of not being on their network. You should be able to receive just fine.

and yet it takes minutes to check one server and I can check eight.

Hmm I think Sprint has fixed this Comcast issue, the last day it checks without a 30 second hang perfectly. Can anyone else confirm this?
