Well thats a good upgrade. Congrats. But are you getting the Diamond or the TP? Keep in mind the Diamond doesnt have the keyboard or SD slot? Make sure its what you want.

how bout you just apply for a new mogul and see what happens instead of trying to scam the phone company out of something you messed up yourself

That makes no sense whatsoever. Why the angst towards someone with a faulty phone? What makes you assume this is something he did to his phone?

just took me 13 days to get a mogul, it literally showed up 10min ago

why wait 13 days for the mogul which is EOL and going to be obsolete in the next few weeks when you can get a free upgrade? if you like the mogul and want to stay good for you, but its not scamming if they are offering you a new phone so, say when the mogul breaks again, they dont have to go through this again.
