ArcSoft MMS for Sprint
 

I have heard the original PPCGeeks ArcSoft MMS is working again on Sprint and confirmed this by installing and sending to several carriers. The problem is the PPCGeeks version is old, not threaded and it hangs the phones messaging for a while after a send. Has anyone gotten a newer version say ArcSoft MMS 5.0.70.xx to work with Sprint and if so, how? By the way, if someone knows the reg changes needed to get thie to work I'll try to cook them into a CAB!

Try going to this site and downloading sMMS. It has much better features and options than arcsoft. If u pay $5 then u will get full access to the program.

I have sMMS and while it is good, it's also rather slow. As for Sprint's Pic Mail, two words... "Low Memory"

I wish there was a way to utilize the MMS feature in the CodyPPC Threaded Messaging app. That would be ideal for me. :) However, regarding the original post, I am also interested in an updated ArcSoft program.

Well the official Spirnt MMS applicatioon does not work for me, does not send and gives an error message. The PPCGeeks ArcSoft application works but hangs the messaging application for a while after sending a MMS and is not threaded. If anyone wants to help me port ArcSoft Ver 5.0.70.xx to Sprint I will build the install CAB. I already looked at the CAB for 5.0.70.24 but can't find any registry entries pertinent to carrier customization any help would be greatly appreciated and in return we get a good functional MMS application which sends not only pics but video and audio. So any ideas?

does smms work like going to the sprint pics online and have to pay monthly service for that?

i thought we could send pictexts for free with sprint unlimited texting package
