Help!
 

I have HTC 6800 and this is my problem I am having. I did a search on it, but I was not able to locate anything. Here's the problem: Whenever I received an alert on my phone that my battery is low and to charge it up, which I do. However, if I tried to use the phone services (to call someone), it goes into flight mode and turned the phone off. Please help me because I cannot make or receive calls while my phone is charging. I have also done the tweaks with the battery performance about 2 months ago, and it is not working too good for my phone.

When you charge the phone, go into Comm Manager(the button under the power button) and click on Flight Mode to turn it back off! That should fix it!

Thank you for your reply. I always do that, but it keeps going back into flight mode when I tried to use my phone. I should be able to receive incoming calls and making outgoing calls while my phone is charging. I am able to text without any problems, but not making calls.

did you try a hard reset ?

What ROM are you using? OEM or custom? Have you tried to hard reset? When did it start to do this? Is it when charging from a wall charger only or also a car/PC USB cord?

The phone is going into flight mode because it doesn't have enough battery power to sustain the transmitter. Don't let your battery get that low!

There are other things you can do such as turn down the screen brightness to increase the battery life.

Thank you guys for your respond, but I have tried all your suggestions. However, when I am charging using my usb cable the phone does not goes into flight mode. When I used the ac/wall plug, it goes into flight mode. I don't know what else to do. I have done the tweaks for my phone as suggested on this site ....still my battery does not last. I am using 6.1 and it is Sprint ROM! Please help!
