I used the easy install .cab and when I try to send / recieve I get error synchronizing. Do I have to have email or anything else setup for this to work? Under servers I do have sprint pcs but editing it is grayed out.

MMS Works by default now
 

The Mogul that was shipped to me late last week required me to install the software above. It malfunctioned after 3 days and I got a replacement in the store. The replacement (new) Mogul that I received already shipped with Arcsoft MMS so picture mms works out of the box and the video works through MMS also. Not sure if all of them have it now or this was a fluke.

I'm able to send pics and video but when i hit send/receive...i get an error synchronizing...wats the fix for that

ok. I've had my sprint mogul 6800 for about a month. I've tried to use this mms app off and on thru this month but I can never get it to work.. I used the quick install and it says my messages send, however, my frnds never get them.. I even tried sending one to myself and I don't get it.. will it work to alltel users or anything? plz help

Can you post the version of Arcsoft that was installed on your Mogul that you got from sprint.

Maybe someone here with more knowledge can talk you through extracting that from your phone as I am sure a copy of Arcsoft provided by Sprint and works with video too would be of interest

i agree...if anyone with a recent version of the mogul with built in arcsoft mms, please post the version and hopefully someone can help you extract the files to post.

This is our best bet of a truly working MMS app.

Are you saying some Moguls have the picture mail application on factory installed??

Not able to change Servers
 

After I install the app, and make the reg change im not able to change the server name...And yes I do the soft resets as indicated in the instructions.

Anyone have any ideas?
