I prefer PPCPimBackup. Just use the backup feature to save your Appointments, Contacts, Tasks, Messages, Call Logs, Speed Dials, etc. And use the same program to restore them.
MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THE BACKUP ON YOUR STORAGE CARD!
