im having issues logging in and also just running the updater. just running the program in general. im running xp pro sp3

my bad on the vague post i was in a rush and didnt give enoght info.
the problem i am having is that i can login and pick a selection but when it loads up there are no programs listed and it gives me like 5 error codes when i get home i will post the errors im at work at the pentagon and i cannot remote into my computer from this office. they will scan my computer if i do!!

Sounds like your OEM files arent being found. If you have them they might be in the wrong folder.

well i now have my computer at work with me ( i work in the IT department) and now i cant even login to buildos it just give the error of login has expired!!!

Try uninstall and reinstall
Also you can use another emaill address and go that route. I had this happen to me once before and the uninstall reinstall did the trick. Also make sure you have all your firewall settings set up to allow Build OS to run correctly otherwise all of this will be for naught.

well right now i cant put my computer onto the network here! if i was to reinstall wouldnt i need to re download all files for the program

I am going to assume you are sitting under a nice corporate firewall. I experience the same issues when trying to run buildos from my corporate office.

Also - in Vista, make sure you are running Build OS as an administrator. If you can't see your OEM's, you could manually edit your selections.txt, or just uninstall and remove the BuilOS folder completely, then re-install.

i still cant get this to work i can logg in but i cant get anything to odownload right it always gives me errors no matter what im downloading. i even get a error for downloading the update! ugh!

Well, I can verify that I cannot update my phone on a Vista Home Premium computer. I have a HP DV5T-1125NR.
Vista Home Premium 64bit
The program runs perfectly, even updates the phone, until it gets to 98 percent.
Then it goes to the recovery mode of flashing. Still didn't work.
Went back to my XP desktop, and flashed it perfectly thank goodness. I don't have any other info than that, but I would definitely avoid using Vista 64bit for buildOS. (I don't have Vista 32bit, so I cannot say if it would work or not.)
