OK so im not seeing any difference in 6.0 vs. 6.1. Both my 6.0 6700 and my 6.1 6800 have the same options.(up to 24hrs) Must be a limitation on the exchange server.

The answer is at the end of the thread. There is a program that will take over the windows lock program that normally makes you set a password for exchange server. It is under "goodies" ... you have to run that program before setting up exchange server connection, once you do and do a soft reset it will not make you setup a password
