Sprint Mogul flashed to Alltel but no internet.
 

Whats up everyone. First I want to thank everybody here for their help and tutorials on how to unlock and flash their phones. I was excited that I had finally flashed my Mogul from Sprint to Alltel. Now here is the problem. I got my phone set up and activated with Alltel. Updated my PRL etc. Everything works perfectly except the internet while using the cellular line. It does works when using Wifi. I have searched the site for answers and I have no idea where to start.

I gave Alltel a call about it and Customer service was ok with it being a Sprint phone and all. They transferred me to Advanced Tech Support and They tell me it was against company policy to activate my phone because the technology was built for Sprint and not Alltel. I told him that the phone is working correctly on their network since he made this claim. Then he rfused to do anything for me. I asked him arent they now part of the VZW network as the merger goes through in February and didnt VZW announce to open its network to any compatible CDMA phone including the fact that Alltel will now be part of this network. http://www.gearlog.com/2007/11/veriz..._init.php#more He again stated it was company policy and there nothing he can do and that he will have to deactivate my phone. So no one wants to help. Or does anyone have any ideas. Well can anyone with an Alltel PPC-6800 help me and share their epst settings so I can edit mines. My NAM setting still reads SPCS for Sprint PCS.
