EPST unlock
 

Hello everyone,
I am trying to get into the EPST to change the M.IP settings on my US Cellular 6800. I used the Sprint ROM and let it download the customizations and now I am stuck on the Sprint network.
I used the GetSPC program with my ESN(Hex) of 36C2**** which gave me the unlock code of 574160 but it will not unlock.
Would anyone have a suggestion for me?

Hi, I got the unlocker to work and made the changes to M.IP back to default butI am still stuck on the Sprint network, what am I doing wrong?

Why are you using a Sprint ROM? Did you allow customizations to run?

Yes,
I am however able to get into the M.IP settings and set things back, but still stuck on Sprint. I did have US Cellular give me a loaner phone until I could get this fixed, but it still should say connected to US Cellular.

Well, the phone is up and running, it is just that it is connected to the Sprint network, anyone have an idea how I can get this back on USCC?

You need to get the latest USCC PRL file and load it on the phone.

You can try *228 but I dont think that will work since you are on Sprint.

I've never recovered from this issue, so not sure what needs to be done to resolve it completely.

Did you by any chance use QPST to backup your phone before flashing?

Refer to this post, it has the basic EPST info in it, you will of course need to put in your personal info where required. Then after this is updated, run a carrier cab and you should hopefully work.

get usc prl and install carrier.... radio wont do ****
