Buttons / Softkeys Not Working
 

I have been having a problem with buttons not working on the phone. The following are the buttons that do work:
1: The power button

That is all. Yesterday I took it to the Sprint Store and had flashed it back to the Sprint ROM 3.56.651.0. After about 30 minutes they came back and said they couldnt fix it based on unknown and unnatural physical damage. They handed it back to me and the buttons WORKED!!

Now this morning I flashed it back to the nueROM3 6152-3pre3 and the buttons stopped working. If I flash it to say a DCD ROM or another 3rd party ROM I have the same results.

I hope someone could help resolve my issue! I would greatly appreciate any and all advice!!!

Update: The buttons are now working, still on the same nueROM3

Well you really only have two options here that i can see. One either flash to a different ROM and see if that works OR you coincidentally have the same issue with two devices.

I certainly appreciate that BJ DeHut. I'll contact you via email if a CSR cannot help me resolve this issue.

This morning the buttons are not working so they are very intermittent, so I'm guessing it is most likley an electrical/mechanical error with the device.
The Mogul is such a nice phone, it may be the first phone I write a eulogy for :)
