Text Message Sent Notification Help!
 

OK... So I tried a trial of PhoneAlarm. Didn't like it, so I deleted it. Now... I keep getting a notification when I send a text, "Message sent". Way annoying and want it to stop. I looked everywhere, cannot find the answer.

I was checking in the registry, found something I thought might fix it, but can't find the correct setting.

Anyone help? I can't stand this notification popping up all the time.

Was looking in here:

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings \DisableSMSDeliveryReceipt. I've tried a value of 1, and 0. Still does it... HELP!

Please someone help me before I throw this phone through a window... this is annoying!

Hard Reset = hours of work... no thanks... throwing the phone against the wall is much more fun :) ... want to avoid hard reset!

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings \DisableSMSDeliveryReceipt has a value of 1 and

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings \SMSDeliveryNotify has a value of 0.

Is this right? Anyone able to tell me?

It's actually in HKLM, and you might have to add it to the registry. I had to with my Vogue.

Good timing... found this too... it worked! THANK GOD!
1. Navigate to: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox
2. Create a new key "Settings"
3. Create a new string value "SMSNoSentMsg" and set the value to 1

You can always use Advanced Configuration Tools to do that and other 'adjustments'

I was looking at screenshots of Advanced Configuration Tools, and it reminded me of SK Tools, which is what I have on my phone. So I look through the tweaks, and sure enough there's an option to disable the message sent notification. I can't believe I completely missed that. And I can't believe I paid for SK Tools when something similar and free is out there.
