Possible Problem Upgrading Handset?
 

I was wondering if anyone else was on a grandfathered Sprint Rate plan. We have a family plan where vision and pix messaging is free and it's only $5 for unlimited txt. The 3rd add on phone (my phone) is $20 but only $5 for vision and $5 for unlimited mms/txt. I previously went from a treo 650 to the 6700 (Oct 06) and had to go through about 4 or 5 Sprint CSRs before one finally kept all my account setting from my Treo 650 and told me that the internet wouldn't work on the 6700. HAHA :D proved them wrong.
But with this new device coming I was wondering if it's goin to be a hassel again to get the ESN swapped w/o them tinkering with my account.
Anyone else think this might be a hassel?

If you go through a store the system will definatly error out with the 6800. Going over the phone is probly the best way cuz they have access to more plans and a different system that should allow you to keep your old plan. You might need to raise a little ruckus with whoever is on the phone with you.
