USB Charging
 

Everytime I plug my phone into my laptop to charge it will roughly every five minutes estabolish an activesync connection between the laptop and phone. Is there any way to temporarily disable this so that I can plug my phone into my laptop and just have it charge without any type of connection being established?

Open Active sync on your computer
File> Connection Settings > Un check Allow USB Connection

Funny thing is, I don't have activesync on my laptop. Maybe my use of "activesync connection" to describe what is going on was a poor choice. It's a USB connection, at least that's what the phone says. I click "disconnect" on my phone but it will reconnect five minutes later.
