ArcSoft 5.0.71.33 ; Won't download pics
 

Hey, I've upgraded the ROM recently and now am messing around with MMS. I can send it, even though it takes hours for my gf to receive them, and that works ok. But, when she sends me one back, I receive it; again, a few hours later, and all it says is:

Subject: SDC00020
Category: Personal
Size: 29k
Received time: 11/20/08 10:11am
Expires: 11/23/08 11:11am

(of course it doesn't say the same time every time...)

Then at the bottom it gives me "Download" and "Menu" in the bottom soft buttons.

When I press download, it gives me a notification that says:

DSC00020
From: "Last Name, First Name" ,+1XXXXXXXXXX>
Downloading: 0%

It never changes and then it says something along the lines of: Download failed, try again later?

What do I need to change to get this to work? It has never worked for me, so I'm sure it's nothing I did, but what are the correct server settings AND registry settings?

I'm running:
PPCKitchens 5.2.20924 (Build 20924.1.5.0)
Radio: 3.42.50
PRL: 40096
PRI: 2.01_011

I had issues also with v5.0.71.xx and had to go back to 5.0.31.16

I'm trying that now, but I'm not sure it's going to work since my 5.0.71.xx version was cooked with the ROM. We'll see though... Any other ideas?

If its was cooked IDK either. Good luck and lemme know how it works out for you. The again IDK the Alltel MMS server settings so you may want to look into that before the hard reset or re-flash.

Import your provxml MMS file off of the regular ROM and you should be able to get it to work. You can do it with Scrap's Advanced Config. You can also try checking the EXT ROM and seeing if the signed Alltel cab will work.
