A problem with Synchronization between PC and 6800
 

Hi guys, I have a prolem with the sync between PC and 6800 and wonder you may give me some suggestions:

I tried to unlock the HTC6800 so as to upgrade it with a GPS-enabled ROM. Following the instructions, I need to disconnect the cable between the PC and the phone and then reconnect it after the tri-color screen turns out by running the TitanUnlocker. But after the reconnection, they two could not be synchronized any more and the tri-color screen persisted until I run the titan_exitbl.exe.

So could you plz tell me what the prolem is between the PC and the phone? I have tried many times to re-install the ActiveSyn, but it still does not function.

You suggestions are appreciated.

what service are you on and did you start the titan unlocker before you put it into bootloader

There's no other service running on the PC. I didn't set the phone in 3-color mode before unlocking. Does that matter?

What cellphone company is the phone using?

By the way, here's another problem:

Last night, I tried to unlock the phone but as previously said, the PC and the phone were unable to be synchronized and at last, the phone stayed in the 3-color mode. After I reset the phone, it turned to be all right at the beginning, but after about 30 seconds, the screen went to be dark in hibernation mode and could never wake up to be bright.

What should I do next? Hope you can save my phone. Thank you so much.
