At least it increased from the first test... Try moving to a different location... You might just be in a place of bad reception...

It could be a congested tower. There is a thread on forums.wirelessadvisor.com/alltel-users where a guy 30 miles east of me lives in a Rev. A area but only gets similar speeds due to congestion.
