MSVC 1.6 voice issue
 

Hello,

I've just installed a recently cooked rom using the updated 20755 GPS Titan Kitchen and am noticing somthing on MSVC that I did not notice before on my XV6700.

When you initiate a voice command and it comes back to verify your response, the voice sounds quite muffled and distored. Kind of like someone is talking on the other end of the phone during a voice call. My previous 6700's rom MSVC voice sounded much clearer. Is this normal or am I missing something here? Or has anyone else experienced this issue before. Other than that it works great.

I've tried searching previous threads but nothing I've seen matches what I am looking for. If anyone knows of a thread, can they point me in the right direction?

It worked on my 6800. Shouldn't this be in the 6700 forum?

So you say it worked on your 6800.

It works on my 6800 as well. Just the audio from the voice prompts are very poor and not one registry hack that I have found on this site nor anywhere for that matter appears to make a difference at all. So far that is my only problem with this Kitchen.

BTW, I have a 6800 now. I used to have a 6700.

Anyone else?
