a friend of mine has a mogul,i installed the new picture app for her.she switched her plan to one of the new everything messaging plans so she could send pics.i then had her setup her account on the sprint picture site,then when all of that was done i ran the pic app on her phone and let it setup.now she sent a pic to my diamond,but i never recieved it,anyone else have the same problem? possibly a solution?

It could be a carrier issue it if was sent but not delivered. IDK about this app you talk about because Im with VZW but to send pics on the 68 we used to have to have a data plan and not just a txt plan. But IDK whats new with Sprint and this pic app your talking about. Sry but maybe someone other ppl will give some input.

I loaded it and it only took an hour for it to get there:scratch:, the delivery guy must have been on his break:mrgreen: Ill stick to smms.

Well sometimes there is latency on the networks but that itsnt to say that happens all the time although I do understand what you are saying ;-)

Sprint and picmail sucks. I can never send a pic mail to a Sprint phone instantly.

yes i can recieve pics from other phones,i even know for sure that i can recieve them from verizon.but for some reason her phone said it sent but i never got it,we both have sprint and we both had good evdo coverage.

Was it a one-time problem or is it a chronic issue? If its a chronic issue, try re-installing the program.
