Ringtone
 

Im giving this phone to my dad and he wants a easy to use program to assign ringtones to contacts. Anyone know of one?

and just tap and hold on the song in explorer and assign as ringtone. If you want to assign it to special contacts edit the specific contact. You might able to do all that from the trimmer but Im not sure.

Yeah but even the default contact manager does RT assignment doesnt it?

just put the clips of the songs you want as ringtones on your storage card in \storage card\my documents\my ringtones\ then go to the contact edit go to the ringtone part of the contact still under edit and assighn the ringtone you want to that contact. To edit the default ringtone thats under settings>phone

I'm new to the Mogul but I just use the recorder.( avalible from the menu in the notes ) Just don't record with the volume at max. The files will be smaller and just save them to where ever you want. It works fine for me.

I agree Weed the contact manager by default allows you to assign ring tones which is very easy. It is the phone tones that are a bit harder.

And if you want more custom ringtones you can use sites like phonezoo.com to make your own or use a program called Audacity.
