I had the same problem with my refurb'd Mogul. I had to practically push the stylus through the screen to get it to respond. The only fix I found was to get another replacement Mogul. I remember hearing about a sensitivity reg edit, but I could not find anything about it tonight. Sorry.. but another phone may be the only option. Don't let them charge you either.. if you get a crappy replacement they should take care of it for free

I'm gonna order the Touch Pro tomorrow anyway. I just wanted to fix my Mogul before I packed it away.

Fellas:
SkTools have a setting that manipulates the double tap sensitivity...at least that is what it says.Under system tweaks....Check it out
