duplicate ESN on a mogul

I have a brand new Mogul in the box that is showing up as a duplicate esn. Is there any way to get this changed. I work for Sprint in field ops and have been unable to get this taken care of thru work channels. Any suggestions welcome.

Yes, you can do it, I don't think it's legal but.... That's what we metropcs users have to do sometimes to get it on the network. Inside this forum you will not find that kind of information, in this case google is your best shot. Look for 6800 super CID or cracking-6800.rar in the keywords.
