mogul

i am having issue with my mogul. it dose not ring. there is a icon on top say 1X. i wont recieive any call til that 1X disappear. i stop all my program from task manager. how can disappear that 1x icon. please help me thank you

I dont know what carrier you have but with Sprint all that is is the type of signal you are getting. 1x and EV. Both should still do data and calls. in fact mine when i make a call switches to 1x then switches back when i hang up.

Did you install a dialer?
