vibrate not working after hack install

Installed the 6800 ppc hack that someone posted that includes a vibrate strength option. It was supposed to make it stronger but instead I have no vibrate function at all. I am sure that it's turned on in the ringer options for incoming text and call. It vibrates a little like it is supposed to when you push the soft reset at the bottom so I know it physically works. someone wanna help me out here?
also.. the HTC black theme for the today screen was great after the 3.65 rom upgrade... after spb backup was ran the boxes aren't black anymore... they are the color that the today theme was set to last.. green boxes or blue and tabs at the bottom of the screen.

Do you have a link to the hack? I could see if I can find the registry entry that it modified.

Uninstall it. that's should give you your vib back. there's a regedit around here somewher to make the vib. stronger or weaker. search for it.

Did you try re-running the HTC black after the flash? I have a black theme with glossy black bars if you want it.

Are they glossy black bars? I mean TRUE black. Not the half-***** gray ones...

I tried searching for it again. I didn't have much luck since there's so many threads devoted to hacks for the 6800. I know that it's one of the most common ones going around.

I also installed this hack and my phone will not vibrate anymore. I did uninstall the hack. I really do not want to hard reset. Any help?

Re: vibrate not working after hack install

i have the same problem W/6800 occurring after I enable slide to answer on S2unlock. tried many versions by AC, as well as S2U2, with no luck. only a hard reset fixes the problem. I am looking for a registry setting thats value changes after using S2answer function, with no results. does anyone no where this reg value is at?, or how to properly fix vibe issue?
