how do i hard reset htc titan?
 

looking everywhere on how to hard reset my phone i need it to work right now its not staying on it keeps turning on n off so hard resetting i think will help it im not sure.. or any suggestions?

Hold down both soft keys and the soft reset hole simultaneously...soft keys are the 2 dots to the left and right of the D-pad.....if you do it correctly on-screen prompts will appear on a white screen.....follow them

The on off deal....I would say it is hardware failure if the hard reset wont do it....

ok i have called my cell frm another fone and the call went thru also sent a txt. tried to send a txt back n it shut off.. seems like it only turns off it i start touching the screen a few times...it just turns off then back on...i dnt kno what i should do? any suggestions?

put it this way, sounds like its something you cant fix. call your carrier.

like soft reset off. it does it by itself n now stays on htc screen for a few seconds then goes black then back to the screen
