Make sure you don't have a bunch of programs running in the background. go into your task manager and close the apps you're not using

Are you running a stock or custom rom? this doesn't work on stock roms, and as far as i know there isn't a fix for that as of yet.

Stock rom. Too bad it won't work.. looks like a nice program. What exactly does the mogul fix cab fix then? I guess it isn't a huge issue... I'm planning on getting a touch pro soon.

Not sure what exactly it fixes but it worked for me running dcd 3.2.6. I too am awaiting a touch pro.... even if i have to leave verizon.... oh well, i'll lose some coverage if i do.

You can try Kinoma Play or Kinoma FreePlay. They'll work for you, and they'll let you do far more (login to your YouTube account, rate and comment on videos, see and create new Favorites, etc.) than any piecemeal solution.

We understand the concerns about Kinoma Play and FreePlay assuming file associations for media types. It's meant to be plug-and-play for the 99% of Windows Mobile users who don't use multiple media players. For the gurus who tend to frequent this forum, we know it's inconvenient to have to change them back (using apps like Resco Explorer or the free Total Commander) after installation. Given the great improvements we recently made to the media scanner, hopefully it's at least clear that we're listening.

It's also worth noting that if you try Kinoma FreePlay to see how well it works, you can always uninstall to restore your previous associations.
