SprintTV Upgrade, Stops Playing after a few minutes
 

Hey guys,

I ran SprintTV today and it said there was an upgrade required. So I downloaded the upgrade. Nothing looks different, but now after a few minutes of playing it just stops and goes back to the main channel grid.

There is only one setting, and that is to play while in the background. I've turned off my backlight timeout thinking that might be it. I'm also stationary (watching it in my cube while I work) with a solid data connection.

It is really annoying having to tap the screen every few minutes...

Any ideas?

I just noticed that it is prompting me?

"Are you still watching? Press the ..."

What the heck! Is there any way to disable this? I want it to play until I stop it, as I listen and glance back and forth.

Weird... mine used to do that even on the old version, I've not watched much with the new one so I've not seen it.

Sounds like a few lines of mortscript, to "tap" the screen every couple minutes, might be in order. Guess we're using too much bandwidth lol
