i just downloaded this program, i have a sprint mogul, and i am running a stock rom...well i upgraded to WM 6.1 from the sprint homepage a few weeks ago, but when i downloaded this program and soft reset my phone, upon restarting it freezes. i tried hard resetting by taking the battery out for 10 seconds but no dice...help???

Taking the battery out doesn't hard reset anything. Everything you put in there, contacts, etc., is still there. Backup everything before you hard reset, then to hard reset do this:

Hold down both physical softkeys, then use the stylus to press in the reset button on the bottom, while still holding the buttons down. There will be some prompts, and you need to press a key, "R" I think, then the "Space" bar. I slide out the physical keyboard to do this. Remember, backup 1st, it wipes EVERYTHING off the phone, EXCEPT the storage card

I had the same problem with HTC Home version 2.x so I tried 1.0 and it works fine.

i was able to figure it out last night, i had synced everything to my computer before i hard reset everything, i tried sending it to the bootloader screen too but the only thing that worked was the hard reset...i appriciate the help!! :headbang:

I'll chime in on this...you might try SPB Mobile Shell too. Check out the Themes Forum for some cool stuff you can do with it.

Thanks! I've only had the phone for 2 days now (upgraded from a 6700). I'm actually using the diamond theme right now.
