It just wouldn't update the phone. It keeps saying communication error. I don't know what else to do.

Ok, so lets conclude, you have a 68 and are trying to run Olipro 2.40. Active Sync does work and when you connect the PC to the PPC, Active sync will detect and sync the two devices. Since you DLed Olipro 2.40 you are synced and clicking on the Titanunlocker.bat file and getting errors. This is all while using a PC with XP on it. Right so far?

Ok, moving forward, what is your current Radio and ROM version and if they are not OEM, who put them on there? Secondly, is this phone new or something off of ebay? Can you put the phone in Bootloader mode as it is now and if so, what does it read on the screen? Lastly, have you tried Olipro v2.47?

Your correct i'm on XP. I can put the phone in bootloader mode it reads TITA100 SPL-2.06.0000 CPLD-9. Radio version 3.35.04 Rom 3.35.651.2. My friend has a mogul and got a replacement from Sprint but he never used the phone so he gave it to me. I haven't tried 2.47. I dont have it. I only have 2.40
