I had the same issues. I'm running dcd 3.2.6 rom which is very stable and quite snappy. If you'd like I can give you a run down of everything that i'm using and post up some screenies.

there's a bunch out there. check out the titan upgrades sub forum here. there's guides on how to flash the roms to your phone and all the info you ever need.

Yes please!!! That would be great...why do you have to load Touch Flow EVERYTIME? But I would also LOVE to have the camera working..should I flash with D.C.D?

that's up to you, there are several great roms out there, its about personal choice, I've been running dcd since 3.2.0 i think.... or something like that. 3.2.6 is deffinatly the best i've tried so far. i have NOT tried nuerom3 and am by no means knockin it.

I have also been running dcd 3.2.6 almost from day one & it is awesome.

I do have a brand new XV6800 sitting home however & this weekend I am going to flash it to nue 3pre3 just because I am dying to try it.

I will compare the two ROM's when I get a chance.

To all of you who keep asking the same question, get a new ROM if you want M2D to run smoothly on your phone.

I'm running No2Chems 3.56 ROM and tf2d/m2d runs like butter on a steamy hot day for me. UPGRADE YOUR ROM!
