EVDO Rev A

I don't know if anyone else has this problem. But if i look at the coverage map on sprints website, it says that i live (suburb of seattle/tacoma) in an EVDO rev A and that i should be experiencing decent speed internet on my mogul. well i see people positing up speeds that sprint is their ISP and their speeds are crazy fast 1200-2400, well i am consistently under 450 KBPS. I have the latest PRL, the latest official ROM, but i just don't get it.

edit: Sprints website says that the whole of seattle through tacoma and beyond is "Mobile Broadband" is it possible that Seattle/Tacoma isn't Rev A? you would think that it would be since it's a major market.
