Ghost Pics/Video Message and Fix unread count doesn't work!
 

I installed the Verizon MMS cab to get my MMS working, and it really does Thank you! But nowm instead of receiving my MMS in a previous Pics/Video Account in the Messaging Tab, Now I have SMS / MMS all together, and I have a Ghost "Pics/Video (1)" in my Today srceen. I tried to search for "Pics/Video" in the registry, and I deleted EVERY SINGLE key realated to that. When i soft reset, everything comes back. I see in the registry under "Unread" a Dword called Count = 1 And I modify it to zero, nothing happens. Fix unread count doesnt do much. IM STUCK !! heeeeeeeeelp

delete em wait 5 mins then soft reset helps

I went back to this post because it's been a month with that annoying "Pics/Video (1)" on my today, i just can't get rid of it. The fix unread count tries to fix it, and the log sayd SMS/MMS OK, Pics/Video OK <= I dont have that account anymore ( when i go to messaging I only have MMS/SMS , My Gmail and Create new outlook account. Before I had Text and Pics/Video but after installing arcsoft my SMS and MMS blend together and the Pics/Video was gone. I already went to the registry, i do find Pics/Video Under "Other email" and the UNREAD Key says (1) I can delete that, wait 10 minutes or so, soft reset and the whole thing comes back. I dont mind deleting all the accounts, and loosing all messages... but I cant find where to do that! Heeeelp. Hard-reset the phone for that little annoying thing is just giving up too easy!

try downloading q inbox extender and "marking all as read'..only thing i can think of off hand right now

and is there any reason you dont think its the mms you installed? thats where the prob came from... uninstall that, wait 60sec and soft reset... and take the messaging plug in off your today screen first too...

now i really hope this isnt this simpe, but the same thing kinda happens with S2U2, i told my buddy to download it, he did, and was like dude i ccant clear my message... his stoner *** had a freakin uncleared voicemail lol
