Re: Mogul problem answering calls

Not yet no I wanted to see if I could fix it first. Which it seems good so far. I don't like putting money online, I had my CC stuff stolen before with that so i'm kinda paranoid about it.

Yeah I don't blame you. PayPal isn't the best either.

Re: Mogul problem answering calls

Any1 found a fix to this? I'm having the same problem with my Mogul and I thought I was the only one. I'm not able to answer calls with the green talk button, but I am able to answer with the soft key. Is there some sort of registry edit we can use to fix this? Thanks!!

Re: Mogul problem answering calls

Same problem here. It only seems to happen when there is weak signal. Like the phone is putting all it's effort in running the transmitter at full power, that it is slow to recognize button pushes. It only happens at work where I have poor signal strength. It doesn't happen at home where I have full bars. Most issues with poor, or slow performance with phones, is due to weak signal.

Re: Mogul problem answering calls

This happens on my mogul also. Does anyone who is having this problem have their other buttons mapped to different apps. I don't have my answer button mapped to anything other than answer call. I did notice that this problem started happening once I remaped the camera button.

No, no, no....

I have been through SEVEN Mogul refurbs that each have crapped out after two weeks since June.

The only thing you get is a refurb...basically someone dried out your neighbor's Mogul after it hit the drink. If it turns on, then it is a valid working phone regardless of what works on it.

I am really getting ready to go back to paper and pen for calendering my clients, and maybe write an Acess Database for their numbers.

I now have a Treo 800W that lasts just under 5 hours...

I am wondering if Verizon's phones might be better and the $400 hostage fee getting paid will end this PDA nightmare.

Re: Mogul problem answering calls

i dont know if this will help.....but i had the same problem until i did a hard reset. i then applied reg tweaks one by one...and the one that i found that caused this problem was the tweak that applied to in call volume....i used a codyppcincallvolume edit cab and i did the edit myself in the registry and whenever i did anything to mess with the call volume this problem occurred.

so i immediately reversed the edit and now my phone is back to normal.....it picks up all calls immediately. hopes this helps!
