Docking Station With Av?
I was searching around and seen this docking station for the HTC Advantage 7501 which is a Pocket PC. It features
- A/V interface: VGA (15pin) port, Video out port, S-Video (4 pin) port, 3.5mm audio jack - Charging & syncing interface: miniUSB port for power charging and synchronization, 2 x USB standard A female port (USB Host), 2nd battery charging slot so basically you can connect your device and use your computers monitor keyboard and mouse. Listen to music through your computers speakers. My question is does anyone know of a docking station like this for My 6800? |

Redfly by Celio

Re: Docking Station With Av?
It won't work because the 6800 doesn't have a video out.

Re: Docking Station With Av?
The Redfly will work, as the 6800 is listed as a compatible device. Doesn't need video out pins to re-create video.
I just ordered one for myself... |

Re: Docking Station With Av?
It is not all it's hyped up to be. Due to bandwidth limitations of the USB controller in the Mogul, you cannot play back videos. Even powerpoints were sluggish at best. The videos and powerpoints play smooth on the Mogul by itself though.
Short and sweet, i am returning it to the manufacturer, as i am not impressed with the limitations that are NOT mentioned on their website. |
Re: Docking Station With Av?
Are you sure it's the usb? I've used my xv6800 tethered to my laptop via usb cable and been able to view video online at a decent rate.
I wonder if it's the device itself? |
