Adding Ram
 

I have searched through posts all over this site trying to figure out if it is possible to add Ram to the Mogul.

Obviously you can not just add memory but has anyone heard of a program that fakes the mogul into thinking your sd card is ram??? IE like you can do with vista

i read some where on her where there's a program that compresses to offer more space on the phne but only god know where on her i saw it someone was just mentioning it... if anyone knows please fill us in

Maybe you're thinking of ROM space but not RAM, brooklyn. That is called the Ext ROM. There is a program called nueExtROM that will unlock it.

its where all the sprint crapware files are stored and it basically adds a 10mb storage card.

UPX4PPC is a compression program to ZIP up your installed programs and allows them to run as normal while in the compressed state. It's a freeware too! It works o.k. but not all programs work with it. Alot of programs will work straight from a storage card, so really my problem hasn't been the storage memory. If there were only a way to expand the program memory. If i could get a extra 10mb, maybe I could multi-task the way a windows mobile phone should.](*,)

yup thats been the problem with the mogul. they just didnt give it enough ram. cant wait til the touch pro .......
