Sprint is switching my mogul for diamond
So i sent a polite yet to the point e-mail about my problems with the mogul and got this for a response. Im good at writing e-mails;)
--------------------------------------------- MY E-MAIL Original Question: aSDF Question: Hello, I have been a loyal customer with sprint now for 8+ years and currently have 4 phones with sprint including my business account and my 3 family phones. I purchased the Sprint Mogul in the early part of 2008 and since day 1 have had troubles with the phone. I am currently on my 3rd mogul and about to have to go to my 4th mogul due to a mechanical failure on the usb connector of the phone. The past issues have included a major software crash which caused me to lose all of my contacts and data, my phone just not wanting to turn on at all no matter what, and a line that was permanent in my pictures. This phones performance and reliability is unacceptable in my opinion and I am currently seeking an different phone from sprint. I have noticed that recently the diamond was released and in the next month the touch pro will be released which i assume will be the replacement for my phone. What will I have to do and who will I have to get in contact with in order for my mogul (which i pay full insurance on) to get replaced with 1 of the 2 new phones from sprint? Once you receive the new phone and the kit, please return the defective phone to us so that your account is not charged with the cost of the phone. Please let us know if you have any other query. I have insurence. There was more to my message but i guess it got cut off. Pretty happy with sprint right now. Im gonna change my plan to an unlimited one due to their cooperation throughout the year
